WEDDING TREND TUESDAY - CHAMPAGNE TOWERS

It's official, champagne towers are back. Towers are made from champagne coup glasses, which are shallow, broad-bowled, stemmed glasses, stacked in layers. Champagne is continuously poured into the top glass, trickling down to fill every glass below. The coupe was designed especially for champagne in England in 1663, but came into fashion in the 1920's and 30's and remained popular throughout the 60's.

A champagne tower adds glamour and drama, along with a vintage touch, to a wedding. So, grab some glasses, pop some bubbly, and start pouring!
