WEDDING TREND TUESDAY - FOOD & DRINK PAIRINGS
When most people think of pairing food with drink, they think of wine. White with fish, red with beef, which wine goes best with which cheese, etc. But with the rise of cooking shows, internet food blogs, and the mainstreaming of "foodie" culture, more people are interested in new flavors and combinations. This interest has carried over into weddings, where couples have taken to pairing tasty treats with liquid libations.
It can be a fun way for a couple to share their favorite foods and drinks with their wedding guests, and to give those guests a unique experience.
Try pairing wine & pasta, gelato with Italian soda, margaritas with tacos, or mimosas with pastries. There are endless possibilites!
